Can I move in after paying the down payment?
No. The down payment only holds the unit for 1 week. You can move in after full payment. If it is not paid in full within 1 week, the unit is released.
What is the minimum rental period?
Rooms: at least 1 month. Houses, shophouses, shops and villas: at least 2 years.
Is there a security deposit?
No, there is no security deposit.
What is included in the rooms?
WiFi, CCTV, a shared gazebo, and motorbike and car parking. Electricity is prepaid by token, topped up by the tenant. Room facilities are listed on each unit page.
What are the main house rules?
Maximum 2 people per room, no pets, no smoking inside rooms, and please keep the rooms and shared areas quiet and clean.
Which numbers are official?
